- If you're going to quote from DOS.DOC, why don't you get 1.65 and educate
- yourself a bit first. Of course, you'll find that the same info is in
- that DOS.DOC file. What you don't seem to understand is that piece of
- advice is merely for your benefit. You could set your BUFFERS to an
- extremely low value... Waffle will still run.

- BUFFERS is a DOS setting. Setting your buffers low or high won't cause
- any particular piece of software to NOT run.. but it will affect how
- WELL it runs.
