  16. If you're going to quote from DOS.DOC, why don't you get 1.65 and educate
  17. yourself a bit first.  Of course, you'll find that the same info is in
  18. that DOS.DOC file.  What you don't seem to understand is that piece of
  19. advice is merely for your benefit.  You could set your BUFFERS to an
  20. extremely low value... Waffle will still run.

  22. BUFFERS is a DOS setting.  Setting your buffers low or high won't cause
  23. any particular piece of software to NOT run.. but it will affect how
  24. WELL it runs.
