  18. I never look at it this way. I offer both Maximus and Waffle to my users.
  19. I have two folks who regularly use Waffle for both news and mail. I have
  20. a couple of Maximus users who stumble around and try things out, and I
  21. have a number of users who seem to be in the last category. They stumble
  22. around, randomly punching keys and finally log off to be never seen again.
  23. No questions, no looking at user manuals, just gone.
