  23. Yes, you are exactly right.  One further piece of information.  Our
  24. main archive format at Garbo is .zip and many .zip files come with
  25. the -AV security label.  Whenever possible I prefer to have the
  26. original, so that the possible -AV label is still intact.

  28. Of course the -AV label can be hacked, as has been much discussed in
  29. comp.compression.  But if the material comes from the original
  30. author, the risks are much smaller.

  32. Keith and I have been asked about making the proper distribution
  33. version of Telix available.  Patience, gentle readers, patience
  34. please.  We have both been terribly busy with all sorts of
  35. administrative bureucracy and strife (both expected and unexpected)
  36. that running newly passed newsgroups inevitably seems to cause.
