  35. No, I believe that what Timo is trying to say is that he insures that the
  36. files that are distributed from his site are:

  38.     1.  Free from viruses and the like.
  39.     2.  Legally suppossed to be there.
  40.  
  41. Thus, he won't allow software that hasn't been checked out to be distributed.

  43. Now, keep in mind that the /pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS directory is never checked.
  44. Does this make it bad?  No, of course not, but this now places the entire
  45. burden of checking out the software on you.
