  26. I got really tired of dealing with the utmp file (working on a good utmpd, but
  27. it still hangs from time to time), so last night after the Nth complaint about
  28. talk telling people the wrong user name I decided to do some quick ports...
  29.  
  30. For comsat (biff service) and talkd I simply added code that: only uses
  31. USER_PROCESS utmp entries; and verifies that the utmp process is actually
  32. running.  This should all but eliminate false notifications.

  34. I grabbed ftpd+2 per someone's posting yesterday and made it available (with
  35. my local changes, that is).

  37. Ncftp is a nice ftp client I grabbed from comp.sources.misc today.  It does
  38. seem nice...
