  20. I know it's sort of silly to keep hacking programs for Apollo's, but since
  21. it is the only platform that we/I really use.
  22. (We have one Sun 3/110 and one SGI whatever mips box)

  24. So what else can I do :-)

  26. Being not very please with the getty version shipped with the box, I ported
  27. a program from one of the local gurus to be used under the BSD env.
  28. The original is for execution on SysV platforms.
  29.  
  30. This program can be used a replacement for the standard /etc/getty and
  31. then you should be able to use your Hayes modem a little better.
  32. Try:
