  10. I am interested in doing some research related to "self-scaling" neural
  11. network learning; i.e., there is no pre-determined fixed topology for
  12. the net - neurons are added to the net as they are needed (this is
  13. dependent on the problem being solved).  Some examples of this type of
  14. learning are the Cascade Correlation and the Upstart algorithms.  If you
  15. have any information or references relevant to self scaling learning,
