- I am interested in doing some research related to "self-scaling" neural
- network learning; i.e., there is no pre-determined fixed topology for
- the net - neurons are added to the net as they are needed (this is
- dependent on the problem being solved). Some examples of this type of
- learning are the Cascade Correlation and the Upstart algorithms. If you
- have any information or references relevant to self scaling learning,
