  20.   I am Srikanth from University of Cincinnati. I am doing my Master's program in the field of
  21. Transportation. I plan to work on application of Neural Nets with respect to my field. I would
  22. appreciate if anyone of you could provide me with names of references in the following areas:

  24. a> application of neural nets to "Time series forecasting"
  25. b> learning algorithms for neural networks . If somebody has already worked on the various 
  26. algorithms, i would appreciate if they advise me on their selection criteria basing on their 
  27. applicability, reliability or other factors.

  29.       i am pretty new to this area. So any kind of help regarding the subject would be greatly
