- I am currently searching for a large number of digits of the square root
- of two. The purpose of my request is to use the digits to test for randomness
- and other statistical attributes. I would appreciate the list in file form,
- but if someone can give me an algorithm then I will try to generate the
- list myself. The reason for my request of the square root of two is that
- this irrational number is not transcendental and more interesting than pi.
- If anyone has a list of any other nontranscendental number, then I will
- use it instead of the square root of two.
-
- Thank you for your help,
- Erik Olson
