  15. You can have VMSCHEDULE schedule something for another user, which isn't
  16. logged on.  Make user the secondary console for your SFS server (on the
  17. server's CONSOLE statement in the CP directory).  It can then use the CP
  18. SEND command to send an SFS console command to the SFS server.
