- Thanks to everyone who told me to add "-font Courier" to the commandline
- options to get it to start. The trickier part was to choose the nicer
- System Monospaced font in SAS, do Options -> Save Window Layout, and then
- remove the "-font Courier" from the commandline to get SAS to default to
- the system monospaced font.
