  34. After doing one install, simply move the PMDF_STARTUP.COM and
  35. PMDF_SUBMIT_JOBS.COM files to system specific directory of the SYS$STARTUP:
  36. directory tree.

  42. I am not aware of the manual ever claiming that the startup files will be
  43. installed in specific areas.  It merely states that they will be stored in the
  44. SYS$STARTUP directory which out being any more specific.  For 90% of PMDF
  45. installs, storing the files in the common SYS$STARTUP is the correct action.
  46. For non-homogeneous clusters, we leave it to the installer to move these
  47. startup files.  This is mentioned in paragraph 3 of the VAXcluster installation
  48. section.
