  32. Ah, Bob.... but something demonstrably better creates a problem by its
  33. existence, and it becomes necessary to change accordingly in order to
  34. solve it!

  36. NB4 is as you say; but it is also better than NB3. My problem is not
  37. the whole, but parts thereof where change seems to have been of
  38. uncertain value. But Ken Salzberg demonstrates that I stand on ground
  39. less firm than I thought.
