  15. I've used linking successfully since 1986. I may inadvertently discovered
  16. a successful strategy. My modified CMS style sheet is at the top of every
  17. file that is linked, and each file ends with an empty RH delta. I've
  18. never had the problem you report. Perhaps you have an errant US delta
  19. somewhere in a file? Also, you don't mention whether the centering begins
  20. in the first linked file or in the second. Given the way the link/ms routines
  21. work, this may be a direction for you to consider.
