  17. I continue to have no end of problems with the link(now ms) feature. As in
  18. NB3.1 my document soon begins to center all of the printing. I know I should
  19. be adding some delta or other at the end of each file, but I forget which one.
  20. I still reserve the ms feature for generating working Tables of Contents, and
  21. print each chapter separately (with SP deltas added and continually updated).
