  13. Has anyone had the following problem?

  15. Using a Toshiba P321SL, when I ask NB4 to print two copies of the
  16. same letter, it only prints one.  When I return to the print menu
  17. and ask it to print another copy of the file, all I get is the
  18. message "Printing done" below the command line.  When I ask it to
  19. print any other file, I get the same message.  Nor does it help
  20. to use typed commands rather than the menu.

  22. The only solution I've found is to exit the program, reload, and
  23. then print the file.  I have not tried turning the printer on and
  24. off, but then I shouldn't have to do either of these things.
