- I've just talked to the redoubtable [I've blanked on her name - typical]
- from NBI, who is down in {wherever they are moving - My name recall is
- acting up big=time - It must be from reading too many blue books} doing
- NB problem solving and learning XyWrite problem solving. She says that
- the problem I described (no instructions on the bottom of the Add window
- in ibid) is one that is known, and will be fixed soon, and in the meantime,
- goes away as soon as one begins typing in any of the fields.
- She also told me, to pass on to the list, that Mervyn's problem,
- of F5 resulting in multiple entrys, is also know, a recognized bug,
- can be solved, temporarly by going into the file and erase all the earlier
- entries (thats "erasing"). Later, or soon, will come a fix for that as
- well. The responce time (after leaving a message with the 800 number)
- is much shorter now (I got a call back in about 1.5 hours). At least that
- part of the system is improving.
