- I'm glad you got the encoder to work. I was motivated by
- your success to try again, in spite of the opaque "instructions" that
- came with the program. I finally realized what the syntax of the
- command line had to be to get my version (xxdecode.exe) to work:

- To encode myfile.bin into a file on disk named myfile.xx, I had to say:

- xxdecode -e -f myfile.bin > myfile.xx

- Other syntax might have worked, but at least this does the job, and
- I can now encode, and decode in both uu and xxcode.
