- Having never helped organize an ALA conference before, I can't be
- absolutely sure of this statement, but doesn't it seem way too late
- to think of moving Midwinter? This being the case, wouldn't a more
- practical tactic be to GO to Denver and raise hell in an appropriate
- way? Then, couldn't a group of activists within ALA promote a
- resolution to ban future conferences in the state unless the nefarious
- law is rescinded?
