  15. I am exploring ways to distribute reports to networked printers on a
  16. campus backbone using primarily TCPIP. The mechanism that we are going
  17. to use takes SYSOUT destined for an NJE site/printer and converts that
  18. to a TCP/IP lpr session with a network host. Clear? :-)
  19.  
  20. My first stab at this requires that output to a VTAM printer LU be
  21. redirected to SYSOUT where I can examine it and redirect it to the
  22. correct NJE printer. Is there any VTAM application out there that looks
  23. like a printer to VTAM but redirects the report to SYSOUT?
