- I have recently had an enlightening experience concerning Britian - India -
- Islam - national Adgendas - Historians adgendas - the upshot of these
- discussions has me looking for substantiating resources. An Islamic
- History professor (whose Ph.D. is in British History) maintains that
- much of the secondary history we see is of a very colored viewpoint.
-
- When I requested sources - his statement was There aren't any Arabic
- histories of the crusades - left me twitching a bit. I'll admit there
- seems to be some grey areas here - but does anyone know of any Arabic
- historical work that can be used as original source? Admittedly there
- will be a large language barrier - but existence is the first question.
- Thanks.
