  13. I've been eavesdropping, so may be out of the loop (heh, heh), but
  14. couldn't resist.  Does "annexation" include makinbg war and then
  15. by virture of prevailing forcing the losers to "sell" territory?
  16. If so, that would seem to answer the questions about annexation
  17. prior to Span/Am War.
