  13. Lee,
  14.   Your "few stray, lurking thoughts" are what's really important.  We want
  15. to bring the whole of Information Technology to every student.  It costs
  16. money.
  17.   If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, talks like a duck, but has
  18. a sign on it "chicken", it might not be killed during duck hunting season.
  19. That is, a computer fee goes for computers.  A tuition hike goes for ?????
  20. It gets lost and you have to continue to fight for it.
  21.   I think that is why some feel that the fee route is better.  It also
  22. tells the students what the money is to be used for.
