  13.         There is an interesting discussion of IQ and other issues going
  14. on, in which the term "social construction" is being used.  I am trying to
  15. pick up the meaning of this term form the context of the discussion, but
  16. haven't quite got it.  Can someone pin it down for me?  Thanks.
