  12. I think that people working on days when the rest of an organization (uni-
  13. versity) have off should be compensated at time and a half even if the half
  14. day is given "off the book." This should particularly be the case on "snow"
  15. days when, at least at our university (Marquette), staff is paid for the 
  16. day but do not work. Those who do are allowed to take another day off later.
  17. Big deal! How about being rewarded rather than simply being given what less 
  18. "dedicated" staff get anyway. How about a day and a half off. Better yet, 
  19. how about an extra hald day's pay?
