- Sorry, now I understand, we have totally differing definitions of what
- a "sample" is:
- Me: A sample is always a digitized real-world (or CD/LP) sound.
- You: A sample is some digitized wave form residing somewhere in the
- computer's memory, without reasoning where it originally came from.

- That's where I differ: When you compute a wave form or *draw* it with a
- mouse and then put it into the memory, this is not a "sample" for me,
- but it is for you.

- "wrong". I'm totally surprised about yours, never saw that before.
