  13.     Hello.  Does anyone know of a good standalone "Motif-like" GUI
  14.     for MSDOS?  I know that it is possible to find these, but I think
  15.     that they are commercial products only.

  17.     How I know:  There's a GRRRREAT PD paint program on wuarchive called
  18.     "NEOPAINT.EXE" and the paint program is nice and all, but the REAL
  19.     suprise is the environment!  It has the look-and-feel of Motif, and
  20.     most definately is programmed in an OO language.  If anyone has any
  21.     information on this PD program, like where they got the GUI from, or
  22.     if they wrote it themselves, PLEASE TELL ME!

  24.     If nothing is available in the public domain, I am considering writing
  25.     one.  Hell, UNIX was originially PD, why not release a PD windowing
  26.     system that others can add on to?   Maybee even turn it into a PD
  27.     operating system to compete with Wnt!
