  12. In hopes of checking into the missing, or lost submissions that were supposedly
  13. in the August letter, that was supposed to be dealt with on the 25th of
  14. October, is there anyone out there privy to the fate of my device.  The next
  15. event I will be able to attend will be Sea Raids in Savanna, GA, and thus I am
  16. out of touch with the 'heraldic' thing.
