- Whenever I start up Lucid Emacs 19.3, the minibuffer appears
- with 2 rows instead of the normal 1. However, moving the
- main window around with the mouse causes the minibuffer to be
- resized to its normal height of 1 row.
-
- How do I get the minibuffer to initially appear as 1 row high?
- If this helps, my .Xdefaults include the lines for Lemacs:
-
- Emacs*menubar*background: #c0b4ff
- Emacs*menubar*font: -adobe-helvetica-medium-r-normal-*-14-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
-
- which causes my menubar to be bigger than normal. Could it be this
- that is causing the problem?
