  24. the under lying problem is of course not the server code (in this case 
  25. anyways). trace was put in for a purpose and has served ircops well over
  26. the years. does anybody remember when an ircop had to be responsible, 
  27. knowledgable, friendly, been on irc for a long time, etc etc... i guess 
  28. times have changed.
