- the under lying problem is of course not the server code (in this case
- anyways). trace was put in for a purpose and has served ircops well over
- the years. does anybody remember when an ircop had to be responsible,
- knowledgable, friendly, been on irc for a long time, etc etc... i guess
- times have changed.
