  27. A normal user can see all users on all servers on the irc network,
  28. if he wants, whether they are +i or -i. You can also do your own
  29. simple telnet substitute, which you can use to send irc commands
  30. to your favorite server, and save all the output of the command
  31. to a file and do a grep user@host if you want.

  33. I want to say, that you do not have to be an irc operator to gain
  34. information... all you have to know: bugs.
