  23. Be sure to include all logistics for the case where the same channel
  24. is created in two or more isolated nets with associated "central
  25. servers" and these splinters split and combine in various
  26. combinations. Or, the case where net gets splits and the other half
  27. gets a new controlling server, then later rejoined..
