- Well, you have a valid point there, although it could have been expressed
- better. Yes, some parts of the net are on dialup SLIP, and don't have
- the bandwidth to waste with mass flooding via kill/kick/mode commands.

- Ahem. Those who use channels such as #view and #hot* have just as much
- of a right to use IRC as do those who use #twilight_zone. Which channels
- you hang out on doesn't really say much about how you behave. I know some
- people on #twilight_zone that act less mature than some on #hot*
