  30. Well, you have a valid point there, although it could have been expressed
  31. better.  Yes, some parts of the net are on dialup SLIP, and don't have
  32. the bandwidth to waste with mass flooding via kill/kick/mode commands.

  39. Ahem.  Those who use channels such as #view and #hot* have just as much
  40. of a right to use IRC as do those who use #twilight_zone.  Which channels
  41. you hang out on doesn't really say much about how you behave.  I know some
  42. people on #twilight_zone that act less mature than some on #hot*
