  15. I have not heard of these policies.  I know they edit and approve all BB
  16. postings, as the New York Times edits and approves all letters to the
  17. editor.  I have never heard the nasty word censorship applied to the process
  18. at the NYT.

  20. Nor have I heard that they limit E-mail.  They charge for E-mail after 30
  21. messages.  Many other systems also charge for E-mail.

  23. If you're going to be critical of Prodigy, do so -- but get it right.
