  28. Much as I hate to admit it, John has a point. ("There is no idea so good you
  29. cannot find a fool supporting it." -- Larry Niven) Carl, the site in question
  30. is _not_ an academic site, and so academic freedom does not apply. Further,
  31. your position in favor of completely unrestrictred free speech is not
  32. representative of anything outside the academic community, and is
  33. controversial even there. Who appointed you guardian of academic freedom,
  34. anyway?

  39. including voluminous references in _every_ article he posts as annoying as
  40. Hasan B Mutlu/Serdar Argic's similar practice?
