- Not only do I think internal phone tapping is legal in most states,
- I KNOW it is. (assuming I'm the boss) The company equipment is mine
- and I'll do with it what I want. The only detail is it is a good idea
- these days to have each employee sign a statement that they have
- read the policy and understand it.

- Fine. Leave the site and find a payphone. If my company engages in
- some business in which industrially or militarily sensitive information
- is present, I would also ban user-owned phones from the facility.

- Why is that so hard to understand? Do you REALLY believe you are
- entitled to use resources provided you in any manner you please?
