- The facilities provided by Universities and Colleges varies widely,
- as does the who/how/when/what of access. If this is important to
- you, then this is something you should consider in choosing a school
- (this is also how you will get the attention of Administrators --
- through their pocketbooks).

- Computing facilities *are* akin to library facilities (I really doubt
- you have a specific intrinsic or contractual right to use either).
- In fact, not so long ago, most libraries did not allow (undergrad)
- students into the stacks (starting to sound familiar?).
