- Please inform me. What "free area" is this? In looking in the AUTHORIZE
- facility, I was unable to find any qualifier on the ADD command. The OWNER
- field is used for billing purposes and for automated system authorization
- functions. With over 16,000 accounts, it can get to be quite a headache.
