  24. Please inform me.  What "free area" is this?  In looking in the AUTHORIZE
  25. facility, I was unable to find any qualifier on the ADD command.  The OWNER
  26. field is used for billing purposes and for automated system authorization
  27. functions.  With over 16,000 accounts, it can get to be quite a headache.
