  17.    Some of our users are using POP3 to read e-mail on our vaxes from their PCs.  
  18. They use a package called WinQVT.  They can not send e-mail while connected.  
  19. The documentation talks about reading mail but does not talk about sending e-
  20. mail.  Is it possible to send e-mail using TGV's implemetation of POP3?  I 
  21. acknowledge I might have missed something.  If I did, how does one set up the 
  22. capability to send e-mail?
