  16. MSMail on a TGV NFS VAX/VMS volume, bizarre symtoms.  We have been running
  17. an MSMail postoffice on this VAX for months with few problems.  We are
  18. testing TGV Multinet on the VAX and I switch myself to a PC NFS Client
  19. and brought up my mail on that same physical volume.  It JUST worked!

  22. But, then we tried to add my partner as a NEW mail user and he can never
  23. seem to get onto the server.  It will let ME sign on as him, and his client
  24. mail is set up correctly enough that HE can sign on as ME, but not as himself
  25. on HIS machine.  Ok, so we are running different TCP/IP NFS clients, I
  26. guess I have to believe that MIGHT be the reason.  We have tentatively 
  27. chosen the version he is using and I am in the process of changing both
  28. to make sure it works and to see if the symptoms are reproducible.
