  23. It has "always" consumed quite a lot of CPU-time, especially compared to the 
  24. PD-finger provided by Terry Kennedy, but - just as it says above - the 
  25. (default) clusterwide finger is even slower.

  27. I was getting a little concerned when I found out that finger was a TOP-3 
  28. CPU-consumer, mostly because people from our u*ix-environment seem to check 
  29. what the vms-users are doing...

  31. So, maybe only the excellent Multinet guys can provide me with some patched
  32. magic images :-) If incoming request to finger could be forced to do /NOCLU,
  33. well, that would only help a little, but sure better than nothing!
