- Who did you ring at BT, the number on the top of your bill might be a
- better choice than 150, unfortunatly this is not a free call!

- This looks like a software bug (or maybe a feature). A conditional is missing
- preventing the charge advice module being called if the cost of the call is
- free. (the designer of the code module giving the message appears to have
- taken this into account, due the the different message)
