- Given the small number (20-ish) of groups, and the fact that none of
- them are exactly overflowing with articles, I don't think there needs
- to be a formal procedure for creation/deletion of uk groups. The
- historians here say that in the past, groups have been set up after
- someone asked on the net and didn't receive any dissent. UKC/UKnet
- have occasionally created groups on request, or deleted unused
- groups (after checking that no-one wanted to keep them), and we
- are quite willing to continue to do this.

- group creation/deletion, we would be happy to act as arbiters or
- something.
