  20. Write to them and politely *refuse*. You are claiming against *theft*
  21. not for accident cover. Explain to them that your (fictitious is OK)
  22. solicitor considers a refusal to settle a breach of contract.

  24. Make sure that you *do* have the right cover before you do any of these
  25. things though!

  27. Do not put up with poor service, *you* are the customer - remind them of
  28. this.

  30. Be polite and keep copies of all correspondence. This approach has even
  31. worked for me against the local Tory council : )
