  13. There's an article in today's (Wednesday) Guardian (back page, main section) about
  14. a chap in Edinburgh (no, not Graham) who's _WON_ a court case against the TV
  15. licence authorities. Seems they tried to insist on searching his house because they'd
  16. senn a 'flickery light' there, and the judge reprimanded them for it!
