  16. Correct. There was no year 0AD or 0BC since only Computing types start couting
  17. from 0 under normal circumstances. Hence decades don't begin until the year
  18. ends in a one. (years ending in 0 being the 10th of the previous decade)

  20. Would someone please tell the Hogmanay/New Year's eve programme makers this, so
  21. we won't have a load of ill-informed drunks shouting happy new Millenium at
  22. Midnight on Dec. 31 1999.
