- In other words, even if was entirely your own stupid fault, and you
- know it, you should still keep your mouth shut, since the unprincipled
- brigands employed by the legal and insurance professions may still be
- able to put one over on your blameless victim. This sounds rather
- immoral, but don't forget the basic principle of Thatcherism: the
- greatest good for the greatest number is automatically ensured by the
- free operation of market forces, so being anything other than grossly
- selfish in all circumstances will definitely screw things up badly;
- you might even end up out of pocket!
