  13. Has anyone come across network marketing?.  I was recently at a seminar
  14. (selling spree), where this method of distribution was being touted.  It
  15. seems a facinating system, where the product is almost secondary to the
  16. selling method.  The main people involved were at pains to point out that
  17. this is NOT pyramid selling.  The difference does seem rather subtle however.
  18. Mainly unlike pyramid selling, this system allows you to move up to the top
  19. of the tree.  Also the company gaurantees to purchase back 90% of any unsold
  20. stock.  The one point that really stood out was that quite a large number of
  21. people involved had never sold any products.  They had merely introduced new
  22. people and were now profiting from their sales and introduction etc, quite a
  23. facinating concept.

  25. Just wondering is anyone out there a part of a network selling system, and if
  26. so, does it work and what are your comments.  The company involved with this
  27. one is ASA, selling environmental products (water & air filters)
