  23. MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEMS
  24.  
  25. As a senior staff member of Human Resources, responsible for 
  26. overall systems analysis, design and programming of Human 
  27. Resources information systems.  Will develop internal HR 
  28. computing capacities and investigate, evaluate and participate 
  29. in the acquisition of an HRIS for the university. Reports to 
  30. the Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resources. Must combine 
  31. technical knowledge of programming, communication and distributed 
  32. systems with Off1ce of Human Resources objectives.  Coordinates 
  33. with the University's administrative data processing department 
  34. and monitors progress on ADP assigned projects. Minimum requirements 
  35. are bachelor's degree and four years of related programming or 
  36. analytical experience with knowledge of Novell networks, 
  37. telecommunications, IBM PS/2. Knowledge of SuperBase 4 preferred.

  39. Salary range $33,813 - 50,055.
