  39. I'm not quite sure if this is even Constitutional. Certainly that's
  40. freedom of expression (at worst) but more likely just a display of
  41. partisan dislike. It's no big deal. I know a group who puts dan
  42. quayle's picture on their dart board (I dont know why they do because
  43. they're a satirical magazine!). I don't know if either is appropriate
  44. but it's certainly not the Secret Service's business to decide. Don't
  45. they have better things to worry about... like protecting Clinton's
  46. cat?
